This Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Training provides a practical approach to developing and managing an airline’s emergency response capability. This training follows a "Practice First, Theory Second" methodology. Through realistic crisis scenarios and hands-on exercises, participants learn how to establish a Crisis Cell, coordinate key response functions, manage critical information, and support stakeholders during major operational disruptions. The course connects practical crisis management activities with regulatory expectations, preparing participants for effective response and transition into accident investigation processes.
This course serves as foundational training ahead of the three-day Incident & Accident Investigation Training.
